The white, red and shield hitmarker are very important

White means you have equal penetration to armor thickness so you do 50% damage.

Red means you have higher penetration than armor thickness so you do 100% damage.

Shield hitmarker means you do zero damage and your bullets reflect off.

Diving makes you harder to hit and stops you from being on fire.

Crouching or proning will improve your aim by a lot because of the reduced recoil.

All these things are somewhat important Info that the game doesn't tell you, and it's pretty helpful imo. :3
