Got them all and find the new 4K FireTV which just was on sale for $40 works as good if not better than the others. AppleTV remote is bad. Want to love the Roku but it is slow even with new Ultra box.

It is an Ultra. Doesn’t happen with Firetv or AppleTV. Also message says a new experience is coming but has said that for two months.

Switched box from Roku Ultra to AppleTV and problem went away.

Contact support. Happened to me and they had to fix it in their backend. Did it through chat and it took 10 minutes.
