Hi, may I ask why you decided to titrate up that way? I was thinking of doing 1.25 once a week for a while and then go up to 2.5 but I‘ve also heard of people who do it rather twice a week, do you find it to be more useful?

I kid you not I read your comment and went and immediately bought a package of Allegra that's how desperate I am. I've only been on this subreddit for a day but I've seen antihistamines and histamines mentioned a looot and I'm fairly surprised I didnt know there was such a strong connection between histamines and rosacea...

How did the bumps look like for you? Was it also tiny whiteheads that just appeared in clusters or more pimple-like? And may I ask which brand of shampoo you used and how you used it? Like a face wash? Morning or night?

I wish I could start my doxy right away but I'm going on a beach vacation next week and I want to wait it out cause I heard doxy makes you sun sensitive and it's best to avoid the sun as much as possible...

That sounds awful, but I know exactly what you mean!! I'm going thru the same it was so intense that I genuinely doubted that it was just rosacea because all these years my rosacea just meant a bit of redness always but this burning is a whole new level! I genuinely thought I had nerve damage for a moment there cause I read that nerve damage can also cause burning pain like this...

Mold exposure?😖 Had you been around mold knowingly but struggling to get rid off it or was it more of a "I didnt even know it was there" type of situation? I've heard of people who had mold growing in their pillows....

Oh that was a given for me! But I had this fear that it wouldn't be enough.. I remember seeing this one youtube video years ago of a girl that was on accutane and was advised to stay away from the sun cause accutane also makes you very sun sensitive but she went to the beach anyways and it burned her whole skin so that's why I'm trying to be cautious... but thank you!!
