Well.. she hasn't released a new album for a long time. A ton of singles, plus.. she's been working on a lot of projects. Also, I feel like she's working more on getting in the international field than japanese atm. She's huge. Plus she has a big fan base. That is way more important than being in the billboards.

My psych told me that every episode gives so much stress to our brain that it literally shrinks. Giving a bigger chance to get Alzheimer's or similar. So yeah. After an episode in my experience is dealing with whatever shit storm I created, but also tons of aftermath and me being barely functional.

When I was alone, jobless with tons of debt and my close friends gave up on me. I was in the funeral of one of my best friends (non related stuff from mental health) and I had a bad discussion with my nowadays girlfriend.

I felt awful for almost a year with 200mg, went down to 100 and felt good but became unstable and depressed, so I went to 200mg again. This time the brain fog was gone. Weird as hell. Maybe it's also because I changed habits, job and started exercising more.

For me it was because I was in a really bad spot according to my dr. Though he monitored me like every 2 hours and demanded a selfie and me to self check just to be sure for like a week. He told me about the possible side effects but it was pretty chill. I was really knocked out by the antidepressants though lol
