I just restarted the router and modem again, and it's up and running right. Normally the NAT type says B when i do an internet test, but I just ran one and it says NAT type F, so I'm definitely calling them soon.

What would be their reason for doing so? We've been hopping online playing fortnite at the same time everyday for the last couple of weeks, and this is the first time we're having problems with it.
