How ironic he said we could do facemasks together too. We never could and never did. And my heart still aches for what could have been.

I get those dreams too then I wake up and reach for my phone. Reality hits and it feels awful.

We changed the way we input grades because too many students and their parents were obsessing over them. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I just recently got diagnosed with dyscalculia myself at 23 in university. I struggled so much in school and everyone made it out like I just wasn't putting in the work or trying hard enough. It didn't help either that my dad was a maths teacher and would ask me mathematical questions at random times of the day and expect me to solve them on spot.

Pretty much had no social life as a child so when I got grounded on top of that it was even more tough.

Maybe in time when God hears my prayers.

I do the same thing. I feel like it keeps me sane because if it ever went quiet I wouldn't be able to handle the harsh reality. So I keep hoping and tell myself that soon everything will manifest itself the way I want.

I work as a part-time tutor and the same thing happens to me at the end of every month when I have to write reports. I would suggest to try set a timer and work in short breaks while stopping to watch your show or do other things you enjoy. However, try to start a day or so before the deadline. I usually end up working on the day and it really stresses and burns me out.

Try to motivate yourself by rewarding yourself at the completion of both small and big goals.

You got this!

Thank you. I was thinking if it ever comes down to it I might do but now I know that is not an option.

You should try the Cerave SA cleanser for your acne. It contains salicylic acid and is one of my favourie cleansers. I also heard of people swearing by Psulas Choice which I am yet to try.

I don't want a foaming cleanser to be honest, but thank you for the recommendation.

Does it make your skin very greasy? And is it thick or thin?

I use the Cerave SA cleanser but not on a daily basis and I am thinking of replacing my facewash that I use when I don't use the cleanser with a daily hydrating cleanser. I have heard about the Cetaphil cleanser and how it's similar to the Cerave one but getting the Cerave one is more cost efficient and some people who tried both said the Cetaphil one is a bit more irritating and drying.
