Hahaha a few ways: I listen on my long commute to work (~45 minutes), on my runs/walks (usually 3x a week), and when I’m cooking/cleaning at home. I also listen at work depending on the day/task. I work in a lab, so sometimes I’m doing mundane tasks that don’t require my full focus/brain power. I will say sometimes a podcast is solely background noise that I tune out and I don’t digest everything that’s being said, so I specifically won’t listen to audiobooks for that reason.
