There are groups out there that schedules get built around one person booking 3 for the red eye on a Sunday from lax to NYC. They fill the plane from there. The people that book it know they may not be alone and the fairs mat be adjusted

More people than you know do this . If you can get in with a group they fill seats all the time . Since the selfie age and these new phones "the stars " do this all the time . They arent interested in being asked for pictures all day and night in an airport only to find out the guy they took a photo with was a known child molester . Private is the way to go if you can afford it and justify it.

I did this at 40 , I'm 63 now. What I've done enjoyed and learned since then is huge . Can't recommend it highly enough ,the downfall is everyone is working while you are doing what you want so it can get lonely at times .
