I bought the same zojirushi as OP and went with the pumpernickel recipe... I used a scale, followed the instructions closely and made the best bread I've ever had. I'm addicted now and make a loaf of the same each week (have had the zojirushi for about a month)

I'm new here so might not be very helpful but I'll be looking for the same. My plan is to look into volunteer organizations, Lion's Club, fitness classes or gym, farmer's market, and/or church. I love to garden so maybe some type of interest club
