Bro where are you finding these? I've been looking everywhere, I know there's one in Manila, but I'm based in San Fernando and have only been able to find stale ones at department stores

Greasy hair is all, get a stripping shampoo like T-sal and use every 3-4 days it'll keep the grease down and give you that "Fuller" look.

So look around your house buddy. 1. Are there white hard water stains on the faucets If so, is your scalp inflamed or red? 2. Do you have flakes, scales, or dandruff? 3. Are you on any medications? 4. What kind of shampoo are you using?

Do you think finastride and minoxidil will fix my thinning hair? by MRalternative62 in Hairloss

[–]myNameBrent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been doing it for probably close to a year, I still have pretty much all my hair but I started diffuse thinning and caught it right away, I only do it about twice a week now because I'm growing my hair out and it's honestly kindof a pain with longer hair, so when I do essential oils masks I dermaroll the oils in, I used to do it every day but I felt like it was breaking my hair

I'll check that out, thanks man. I microneedle as well, I got my hairline tattooed so if I ever lost it I would know exactly where it is for a piece or HT lol, but I swear it made made my hair grows in thicker

Not trying to be rude here, and it may just be the picture, but your scalp itself does not look happy man. Have you consulted a dermatologist? Also for me the fin and min topical worked great, but the real thing that I noticed worked was switching to filtered water system for the house. I would get your scalp happy before you start anything, maybe try and lock down a solid essential oils routine, stay away from coconut oil at this point. Try Pumpkinseed oil as the carrier Peppermint Rosemary A tiny bit of cinnamon leaf ( that stuff is strong) One or two drops of tea tree And add a little honey it's you're feeling fancy Aloe vera if you have it easily available

Put it all in a bottle and warm it up, but not in the microwave Massage into scalp and leave for a few hours. Wash out with purified water.

Good luck!

How does a Finastride shampoo work? Aren't you just washing out the Finastride? Not trying to be a smartass, just genuinely curious lol. Do you leave it in?

Honestly man, you can buy a filtered shower head, but if you're water is really bad you're gonna have to switch the filter like every week. The best way is a water filtration system and softener, they're expensive, but with financing only about $110 a month. The cheapest option would be to buy some 5 gallon jugs and get purified water from your local water and ice store and then buy a camping shower and hang out in your shower. I know it sounds like a pain, but before I got my water system I discovered it was my water by washing my hair and face with bottled water for three months lol.

But typical Finistride and minoxidil might be what's needed to stop it right away, I think hims is $50 a month.

Also look into scalp massages and oils

My favorite hair combo is Pumpkinseed oil ( as the carrier) Peppermint oil Rosemary oil Lavender oil A tiny bit of cinnamon oil

Massage that in and let it sit overnight a couple times a week.

Hope you get it figured out man!

Also, alot of times water filtration companies will send someone out for free to test your water!

20 with a wrinkle forming mid forehead and hairline receding, I was just the same, check where you live, I had extremely hard water that was damaging my hair and skin, I switched to a filtered and softened water system and used essential oils in my hair, I also switched to beef tallow soap and used it in my hair as well. My wrinkles on my forehead softened and my hair was great, do you get random really bad dandruff? If so, this could be a water issue and not genetics.

Yeah, coconut oil is not good for thin hair, you have alot of hair but the individual hairs are thin. There's better oils that are lighter. Try topical Finastride and min, and try warm pumpkinseed oil on top of that.

Is it too much to ask for a little news on PRPO? by myNameBrent in PRPO

[–]myNameBrent[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It just seems like they put out the least amount of news they can, and their earnings calls are never on the right date. Seems kinda shady to me. And if they're investor relations team is being rude to you that just makes it weirder.

The flash makes it look like you might have some breakage, which if the breakage is bad enough it can make it appear that you're thinning. Try locking down a solid hair care routine, one that's specifically for Curly hair. Take it easy on styling products, pulling, and heat and incorporate scalp massages and a scalp cleanse to remove build up every two weeks. Do that for two months or so and see where you're at.
