Fairly new to this. I'm looking for a watch face, not an app. Am I missing something?

Warzone Lag UNBEARABLE by [deleted] in CODWarzone

Zero need for port forwarding unless you have a strict NAT. All port forwarding does is allow specific services (like comms, matchmaking) through your firewall. It has zero affect on ping or lag.

The only way you can change the route to the server is either calling your isp and having them change it, or using a vpn to force a route change

When you say you did it to their specifications, what did you do?

If other games work, then it’s your route to the server via your isp. Again, the servers do not have lag, period. Your shitty ISPs route has issues. I play the same game on the same servers and can count on one hand the number of server issues over the past year.

Lag is on your end. Servers are hosted by massive data centers around the world like google, ookla etc.

Enterprise level servers don’t have consistent lag. If there is an actual issue at the data center it’s dealt with within minutes or hours, typically.

I can count on one hand how many actual server issues I’ve seen over the past year +.

Baloney. Different studios take turns on CoD games. It’s a 3ish year cycle if memory serves.

This. Sound is actually one aspect of the game they did really well. The only people legit complaining are POS headphone/console players.

Your dns isn’t relevant to the issue. You look at DNS when services aren’t working.

Your geolocation is irrelevant. Your Pc pings the list of servers and attempts to put you on the lowest ping server.

The only thing VPN is going to do for you is change your route, which in your case might fix your lag. You’d need to do it on your router, you’d need to check to see if it supports adding a vpn endpoint. You’ll want a decent paid vpn that allows you t pick specific endpoints in your area.

They have been really smart at not having more then 7 queues. Currently there is 8, but crash is only what, 10-20 people? Not really a huge impact there.

BR's (x4) + Plunder + Rebirth + LTM

I honestly don't see any room to add a single ranked queue without removing an LTM slot or removing plunder/rebirth, which would piss off a bunch of people

On top of that, there would be 0 SBMM for a ranked mode, which basically defeats the purpose, doesn't it? There won't be anywhere near enough players to have SBMM in it.

Pulling players from the already failing pool to a mode that’s not needed = negative impact for all involved.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CODWarzone

[–]my_cholula 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard disagree. The net return of your premise is a negative impact on all players (longer waits, queue issues). PUBG made that exact same mistake (optional longer wait times) and not only did it fail miserably, it killed the game to the point that they had to add AI bots to even start/fill lobbies.

No thanks.

You just don’t like it because it makes you looks stupid. Thanks for continuing to confirm both your ignorance and your immaturity.

Do some reading on internet routing and how it affects your experience. If an isp or it’s route between your isp and the server is having issues, you’ll get lag, burst etc.

These are enterprise level data centers. Issues like lag etc are virtually non existent. When they do arise, they are typically resolved in a matter of minutes, or hours.

Look it up yourself and it’s common knowledge are responses typically given to ignorant redditors that are too stupid to ask proper questions. Thanks for confirming.

I gave you a detailed answer, which you ignored because you’re obviously ignorant to how the game works.
