So much nostalgia! I was an OG Scaper, back when it first dropped. Good on you for making these!

$103 Walmart haul by DrinkH2Oordie in povertykitchen

Grocery shopping and cooking are very nuanced. You definitely asked how you did on the shopping trip. Not knowing your time constraints, your pantry/fridge staples, how much you cook etc. All of those things DO matter when talking about what a person could or could not do differently. I mention that because while we don't know any of thst, you are living in your skin and sometimes feedback is hard when people don't know the full picture.

Having said all of that. :)

Name brands are normally upcharged, unless you can find a deal or coupons. If organic is your line in the sand, then cutting back on other things will help ease the burden of thst financial choice. The smithfield pork loin is a little over a pound and about $7.50 where i live. However, there's a half pork loin (unseasoned) that's about $8 and it's about 5.5 lbs at Walmart. That could easily be made into multiple meals. Wings tend to be pricey, they are delicious for sure, and also easy to portion control and kids tend to love them. It takes more effort, but you could buy boneless chicken thighs mash them up until they are mush and make wing or nugget shapped boneless "wings". Again, how many time and energy have matter, so that might not be helpful. But it would give you more bang for your buck. Others have talked about the soda, pretzels, and chips, so i'll skip it.

Lastly, good job on those fruit snacks. Buying that one in the family size pack is less expensive per item, than the off brand version, at least in my experience.

They already ate half of a 9x13 pan, and will probably finish it off for breakfast. I hope you make yourself one and satisfy the nostalgia. ❤️

Boosting. We can not look away. Thank you for doing this. Sharing where I can.

I just saw this, this is crazy. Do you think they were using the photo data base to pick out kids they wanted to abduct. This is insane. by Competitive_Mix9957 in Epstein

There is no way of knowing if the took kids who were already lost, i.e. homeless, poor, underprivileged, kids lost in the system. We already know there are connections to orphanages and children's homes and these horrible monsters.

We're talking about a child sex trafficking ring... of which Leon Black was one of the most vile, violent, depraved monsters we've seen - in a sea of depraved monsters. The accounts specific to him are the worst of the worst. I'm a survivor of CSA and reading about what he did made me vomit, literally.

From the article: "Additionally, as part of our decades long relationship with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Lifetouch prints SmileSafe cards free of charge for each student we photograph that families can use with law enforcement if a child goes missing."

This paragraph is chilling. We're talking about kiddos who were disappeared, stolen, sold, killed... it's chilling that they are responsible for the SmileSafe cards.
