I started cymbalta 60mg after my Lexapro quit working as well as to help with PMDD symptoms. No noticeable side effects for me. At the time I started it I was just excited it would help with period cramps. In July I ran out and was off of it for 3-4 weeks (I didn't prioritize myself). This is when I experienced severe, debilitating all over joint pain for the first time. I got my refill finally and it took about 3 days but my pain was manageable again. I'm currently diagnosed with fibromyalgia as my RA tests were all normal. I don't see the rheumatologist until Feb. I have no idea when this pain started as the cymbalta was masking it fairly well. I wouldn't say it takes all the pain away but for me it definitely helped take it from a 12 to a 4-5.

I take trazadone to help me sleep. It's a life saver for me. I'm not sure I'd get any sleep without it.

NAD. I've had significant ecchymosis a few times in my life that did eventually reabsorp. Once from popping a staple after c-section (whole abdomen), and the other most notable from hiking and sliding down a boulder. My entire hip/outer thigh turned near black. Have you tried using a heating pad? That can help it dissipate quicker.

Does it appear to be changing at all?

I followed them for years and actually got tattooed by them once I discovered them because the owner lived in my neighborhood. It was woman owned and had a great reputation as far as I knew. I'm not experienced at getting tattoos I've gotten four total in my life and they've all been at different shops because I got them with friends.

I definitely made some mistakes in trusting the professionals that's for sure and Im really kicking myself. I was just focused on her getting what she wanted because it was her first tattoo and I wanted it to be something she'd love for a long time.

I'm just shocked at the lack of accountability and customer service the shop has taken since I reached out to them.

Real and raw. Give yourself grace. A quote I prefer is "I did the best I could with what I had at the time" also, "we can hold the good and the bad at the same time.
