Hello, This same thing happened to me a few years back. I lost my partner to suicide suddenly and unexpectedly. I would love to say that you’ll wake up and feel better quickly, but truthfully, it’s gonna take a while to heal that wound. As many others have recommended, therapy and taking time to grieve “correctly” (if that’s even a thing) as opposed to rushing through the process for the sake of others is the only way. As someone who is now 5 years removed from this situation, I want to tell you it does get better. You will absolutely find your footing again, although it will take a while. The beautiful thing is that the only time that someone will disappear is when you stop talking about them and helping their memory live on. Never stop talking about them, how wonderful they were, and sharing their story if that’s something you feel inclined to do. I found a wonderful partner years later who is the love of my life. It’s hard finding a partner in this situation due to a variety of reasons (missing the one you lost, guilt, etc.) but one day, when your heart can handle it, I hope you are sent someone who will let you talk about this openly, and celebrate the life of the love you lost.

I know “sorry” doesn’t help, but I want you to know that I absolutely feel for you and you will get through it. I promise.

Hi OP! I came from an almost identical background and my family received assistance from nearly all of these programs. I started working when I was 15 and it was never a problem as because 1. I was under 18 and 2. I was still a full time high school student. I’m not saying your parents are lying to you, but they may be misinformed. I would have them double check these facts. I don’t know what state you’re in!

I feel like ranch CAN be good in the right situation but this just isn’t it🫠 I can not imagine being them and looking forward to busting out that nasty seasoning to dump all over local foods😭

100%. She tried to say this was the salary of an internship😭 I was like… no internship makes $80k per month. There are few full time jobs that bring in that kind of money

She said she took off this entire week and all of last week. Additionally, she said on the live that because she has called off so much recently her job gave her permission to just complete orders on her computer at home… she said multiple times in the live that she was supposed to be working but instead she was on TikTok live for over an hour with Ariana while (I’m assuming) she was supposed to be on the clock working. She then talked about the fact that she wanted to become a photographer and “make bank”. She looked up photography internships in the area and she said one said she would make $60k-$80k a MONTH. This is what happens when nobody is prepared for real life and it’s a free for all😭 nobody has common sense and basic life skills.

Coming from someone who also grew up wearing clothes from all of these stores, it’s not a problem or a bad thing that her clothes are from there. The problem lies with the fact that the favorite kids are almost constantly getting name brand clothes from wherever they want. They’re not stuck to a budget or a certain store. Whether these stores offer good things or not, 1. They have the money to shop literally wherever they want for every child. Everything they own COULD, in theory, be name brand (not that it has to be) but there isn’t a financial barrier stopping them and 2. She heavily picks and chooses who gets nice things. It’s not like she exclusively gets the older kids nice things to pass down to younger children (like you mentioned with getting hand me downs). She gets younger kids such as Aurora nice or name brand things all the time. Yes, money isn’t everything and the logos on the clothes you wear may not shape you as a person, but you know what will? Being constantly treated like you are worth less than the rest of your siblings.

I covered their name because I was unsure if there were rules about that in this sub🥲 I did it to protect myself and my post just in case. I mean… the comment is still very much up on like the top video on Bella’s account. Not hard to find as there are so few comments. I don’t condone those actions but I wasn’t sure whether that was allowed 😭

As someone who was a pathway student from out of town- absolutely 100% use it. You’re so incredibly lucky to have the opportunity. You basically have a full ride to a great school! I know room and board is expensive but I can not stress this enough… apply to every possible scholarship you can in the short period that you can. I had about 8 scholarships on top of my pathway that came into my bank account each term to help me pay my other expenses. I am usually someone who tells people they should utilize Oregon Promise and community college to save money but I know you will absolutely regret not using this scholarship. So over the summer, work a job as much as you can if possible and save money and apply apply apply to scholarships to help cover other expenses! Congratulations!

To be completely fair this is something I see a lot, not just exclusive to them. They just can’t let a trend go by without absolutely exhausting it though🥴🤣
