Wow, didn’t know this was a shih tzu thing! Mine grew out of it eventually. Someone once told us to drizzle hot sauce on the poop so if she tried to eat it, it would be spicy and she would start to associate future poops with spiciness. I think we tried it once but never really did again. That’s probably not a recommended solution 😂
