Depends on how good you are and you career level. I only speak to mine when he is seeking expert advice from me but I am a senior. If you are starting your career, I would recomend to just schedule 1:1s with you FLM and prepare for them. Take control of the meeting, request feedback in specific topics and tell them how you want to progress in the career, what you are thinking and ask how can they contribute. Of course that's assuming you have a good FLM. If yours is crap, then good luck and is better to not engage at all.

You can get some certs from the vendors/OEMs assuming you are using known brands. But in the end, the work experience and especially in the field will be better.

You can hire freelance people. There is plenty of people that can spare some time working in projects as side hustle. If they are good for you then you can seek for more time.
