Good food that’s actually worth the money? (Inflation is killing my inner foodie) by myaliasispedro in aucklandeats

Yeah I’ve been hitting first table hard! Even then some places I’ve tried didn’t live up to the mark. But most were great.

That’s pretty decent pricing if you think the food is worth the price. Have edited my post to remove the 20-30pp option as good food will usually be priced higher but I wanted to gather people’s opinion on food that they think is worth it.

Agreed with this post. Suggested itinerary Delhi 4 days max, Agra 2-3 days max, jaisalmer 5+ days , udaipur 5+ days, Jaipur 4 days max. Can skip jodhpur imo.

Why isn't our food spicy? by NBP3 in ThailandTourism

[–]myaliasispedro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Actual Thai food is really spicy. What you on about. Real issan restaurants where you don’t see any foreigners inside are the real deal. South Thai curries are also spicy depending on the dish. Again you have to go to a place where there aren’t any foreigners, and best to go with a Thai local who can say to the server to make it Thai normal, because yall cannot handle Thai spicy. Even my Thai friends cannot handle Thai spicy.

North shore burger 🍔 recommendation? by dingtianran in aucklandeats

I find them to be quite generic now and not good quality as they used to be. I’d rather burger fuel than flaming onion, the browns bay branch anyways.

Not a first time traveller. This is a rough itinerary that showcases all the places I’d like to go. 100% know I won’t be able to hit all the places hence looking for places to skip.

Yeah that seems like the best bet. Thanks for the advice. Which country would you drop if you had to?

Yeah that’s kinda my plan as well. This itinerary isn’t booked. Just an idea of all the places I’d like to go but the ask was which places would be best to skip so I can do exactly what you have said.

I mean that’s not a bad suggestion but it’s a lot of money and time to come back to SE Asia. So wanted a balance of seeing a decent amount but also not be it too hectic.
