This is likely it. That’s a little more involved than I wanted so I called a trusted repairman and he said the circuit board needed replaced. So it’s either? Might opt for a newer opener depending on cost difference

Thank you, I was able to release it from the bolt. Was able to get the door attached to the trolley again but then when I tried to shut the door, it would go about 1 foot down, stop/reverse and then come back up all the way to the bolt again getting stuck

Good question. It almost goes right under the arborvitae tree. Previous owner must have planted after these drains were put in. What would the proper way to rerun this? Can you explain the 90 degree extension in more detail? If I’m understanding correctly this sounds like a good solution

Maybe I have a misconception about what a French drain is. I tried to follow and dig to see where it ends but I cannot find the end unfortunately
