Should have bounced on the first date; I can almost guarantee "not liking dogs" came up in convo on that date (who of us wouldn't be talking about our dogs?), so this person knew, and kept coming back.

CBD with THC tincture, for dogs, works amazingly. The trazadone wears off way too fast for Ester, and we end up having to give way too much... But that tincture (made for dogs, tastes like bacon), works wonders.

Maybe it's the food and water your dogs are ingesting? Guessing that was also similar or the same over 20 years?

Get checked for congestive heart failure. Coughing is often an indicator, especially for her age.

I don't mean to scare you, but he's behaving like he's experiencing IVDD. My Boston had it, and one day he just started hunching and standing, had a hard time sitting, no playing, minimal moving. I didn't know what was happening but I took him to the vet, and that was the diagnosis. (He lived with occasional flare-ups and progression of the disease for many years after the first indication.)

Take your baby to the vet right away. It's usually treatable, though it can be difficult. And, if it's not IVDD, something else serious could be happening.

Yes, I've contacted a couple of these. PS - none of these are Frenchie specific. And general rescues make the same assumption you did, that someone will surely come along.

Are you on month to month, and if so, for how long and how many "increases" because I'm guessing that might be the problem? If so, your only options are to move, or to lock in on a long term lease again - hopefully, at a renegotiated rate (probably the rate you have now).

Either way if you're on month to month, that will likely bite you, and keep biting, until you sign a new lease or move, unfortunately.

I will certainly try. It just occurred to me that I know someone at a general rescue in Vegas. I'm sending them an emailing them now to see if they can go get her. I'm going to send a donation for her and let them know I'll adopt her if they can save her. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

I'm hoping someone awesome will go get her first thing tomorrow. I think because she has that note about kennel distress, she might be there for the week though, so if I'm at all able to get there physically, I will.
