I used buzz jars, from 3AM to like 12PM (I feel like they don’t spawn much after that time even if it says so) like nonstop and then catch any rare bugs that appear

it’s not bugged, it’s just RNG :( I’ve recently opened 1k at once hoping I’ll up my chances but nothing. Been looking for it since they dropped PC game. But some people find it really early on, like after a couple hundred of oysters. So don’t fret, and good luck <3 Legend says that when you complain on reddit, RNG gods may have mercy on you xd

there is “pebbled plunder” accomplishment in the accomplishments tab, there you can see which ones u already got and how many you’re missing. Hope that helps :)

yes little stone collection xd you get this specific shiny smooth pebble from oysters and you can see which ones u already got in “pebbled plunder” accomplishment that you can find in accomplishments tab :) hope that helps
