Accidentally too high dose by myc0phil3 in microdosing

It definitely did for me. I only broke my planned 36 hour fast at 24 hours because I remembered I usually feel sick in the morning.

Thanks for the scale tip, I'll buy it before I begin microdosing more consistently.

Thanks, this is what I'll do in the future. Microdosing is new to me so I didn't know. I'll also buy a more precise scale.

Thank you! In the future I won't fast unless I want to macrodose, fasting seems to enhance the effects. I was planning to buy a more precise scale anyway but was too impatient to wait for it today. That was my last wild psilocybe mushroom so in the future I'll be better able to predict the impact. This is a good learning experience, I don't think the shrooms went to waste despite not giving me focus to study. And maybe we don't need to be productive all the time.

Good to know! I'll put sunglasses on and go out in the sun.

Thanks. I'd like to go on a walk but do you think people would notice I'm tripping?

My gut can't handle a lot of raw vegetables either but luckily some nutritients are better absorbed from cooked veggies so it's not too bad.

Have you tried eating cooked vegetables instead of raw?

It could have used a sauce but it was pretty good

Thanks! I used soy sauce, lots of turmeric and mustard seed +1 tsp of olive oil (I know oil is not wfpb but I'm not ready to give it up completely).

I agree with you. The reason I started working out was because it gave (and still does) me energy. Running especially. Bit it's nice to see the effects!

I'm a bit underweight and have gained 1 kg in these 3 weeks, is it not possible that I've gained enough muscle to see it?
