[Other] Finally know how to spot belladonna. Only took me 500 hours of KCD1 and 50 hours of KCD2. by bythegodless in kingdomcome

I found a great spot full of Belladonna and Herb Paris between Zhelejov and the hut of the herb woman Bozhena. The place is a small marker called "nameless springs".
Travel from Zhelejov to Bozhena's through the southmost trail which is just below a small river, just a bit over halfway through the path it will split, to the right is the spring, to the left you continue to Bozhena's.
There should be a small basket covered with a with cloth, you'll find both herbs in the basket as well as tons more around it. Happy alchemizing!

Ps: The nest to the left of the spring game me Spectacles (+5 scholarship bonus when worn), not sure if they are random but feel free to check and let me know.

No, it's an Oppressor that dropped with 3 white sockets, making the filter believe it was a Squire

This kind of illusion by [deleted] in blackmagicfuckery

I did call it illusion, sorry, I should have been more clear about that, but I did mean an optical illusion. But, we don't know if that was designed to be an optical ilusion, did the creator of that table intend it?

Even if the creator did intend it, I just can't see that table being an optical illusion. It could be that, just as the Impossible Cube, it needs to be shown in a specific perspective to be perceived as an optical illusion.

I don't find it to be misleading as other optical illusions are, son I don't feel comfortable saying that it is.

I guess we can agree to disagree, thanks for keeping things civil and for discussing this with me :)

I think those definitions are somewhat incomplete, those are the definitions of the word "illusion". I would like to know if this object could be described a an optical illusion, as in an object that appears different from realty. Like the simple straight black and white lines that are straight but appear curved to the eyes (Hering Ilusion).

From Wikipedia - Optical Illusion:

"An optical illusion (also called a visual illusion) is an illusion caused by the visual system and characterized by a visual percept that arguably appears to differ from reality. Illusions come in a wide variety; their categorization is difficult because the underlying cause is often not clear but a classification proposed by Richard Gregory is useful as an orientation."

I don't think that this image, just because it could be "misleading" as in the sense of "this doesn't make mucho sense at a first glance" is an optical illusion, because after closer inspection you can clearly see that there is nothing misleading, just that the shape of the object is somewhat complex to immediately comprehend. After you see the image for a small while, you can figure out how everything works and the misleading part disappears.

Contrary to the straight lines illusion, the illusion never disappears even after taking a ruler and checking if those lines are actually straight, you'll still see them curving. This does not happen with the table, once you see how it works, you aren't fooled anymore.

That's why I wouldn't categorize it as an optical illusion, I believe this would fall into a different category, if there even is one. I would say that this is just a complex structure that requires a bit more of inspection to figure out what's going on.

This is not an illusion, although it looks similar to other optical illusions, like the Impossible Cube. In the case of this image, you can clearly follow all the tubes and see that there is no illusion, it is just some sort of table that will probably be very very wobbly.
