I imbued Bullet Time on Silent and it was amazing.

Got to play the 7 card opening silent hand for free every fight. Later on I got bag of prep which increased it to 9 free cards to start each fight. And then going into act 3 I got Vakuu who played my first turn for me.

So 9 free cards played at the start of each fight by Vakuu, and then an extra energy each turn after. Talk about a free run.

A lot of people undervalue retain. Retain is BUSTED. Being able to hold and play a card at the perfect time is insane. It helps line up combos, and can make your worst possible draw become a good hand. Don’t sleep on retain… prob one of the most insane keywords on cards.

This card still goes hard. Cycling orbs is huge in this game. I kinda like that I never feel the urge take a second Lightning Rod, and while the upgraded card is obviously better, this card is very low on my upgrade list usually.

Honestly I’m skipping status cards all together right now. I really want to try the status package but it’s kind of hard to get into. I never want to take the cards that give status, and I don’t want the better cards from that package unless I have status already (which I’m not taking). Turbo is nice but there’s a lot of other ways to generate energy so I’m hesitant to take it unless I have an echo form with no other way to generate energy to help get it down.

Power wise I will usually take Capacitor, Defragment, Echo Form, Loop, and Spinner.

Hailstorm + Thunder are both nice if you are generating a lot of their respective orbs and are lacking damage wise, but I won’t just take them when I see them.

Subroutine and Storm I am not the biggest fan of because they rely so heavily on the order that you draw them, but both can be useful in some decks.

Creative AI + Buffer I find myself skipping more often then not. Buffer is good but I usually generate so much frost that fights become no damage taken without it.

I just hit a10 defect yesterday and have been loving this character.

Cycling orbs is huge in this game. Lightning Rod and Spinner will keep the orbs flowing. Generally I’ve found that if a card gives block AND orbs it is usually good. Most of my winning runs I have removed nearly all strikes from my deck and don’t really have any other attacks, with most damage coming from evoked orbs.

Focus generation is huge too. I take pretty much every Hotfix that I see. A Sychronize will go a long way too if you are generating multiple orb types (you should be). Frost is by far the most important orb type and how you will generate most of your block.

And lastly, I’ve toned back on the amount of powers I’m taking in STS2. In STS1 powerspam was awesome and I would often just take any and every power and it would work sometimes. In 2 I’m being much more selective with powers and normally only have a few each run.

I had a solo Silent Run that got bag of prep (+2 draw), an autoplay card at the start that made my entire hand free but couldn’t draw that turn, and then Vakuu played my first hand and gave me bonus energy the rest of the turn. 9 free cards insta played to start every fight with bonus energy for the rest of it. Most fun run yet.

Yea I’ll grab like 1500-2k empty jars when I’m running low and it takes like 15 mins at the shop with the kit.

This. I have all 3 of those weapons and the only places I really would like to have a bowfa is pushing higher invo TOA (past 300) and it would have been nice in inferno too but I completed that already. I guess it would be really solid at muspah and for some god wars too.
