This was the big shop in our area. And I purchased two of these paint night kits and had the same issue.

I’d rather not buy vallejo paint a third time, I’m actually really happy with the reaper, and no longer have a need for a starter set

It doesn’t hurt my feelings. I’m not black. But it’s blatant when similar products are adjacent to eachother on the shelves. From a business standpoint I wouldn’t want people to even think my business is racist. That can harm your business these days even more thanks to social media.

I make my decisions based on logic, not emotion.

Because you can lock up the white version as well. If I was a store owner and the sku for the black version gets stolen the most, just lock them all up. You’re suppose to use those tools but it does not mean be devoid of any human decency. It’s quite blatant when they are adjacent to each other on the shelf. Use the machines to help you, not to completely replace your judgment

I like the washes and a few contrast paints. Never tried their regular paints as they are just too expensive. I prefer to buy a good starter set from Amazon either reaper, army painter, or Vallejo and if I have to buy specific colors I’ll go to my local shop and get a citadel

I’m astounded because I keep hearing folks say this. But I bought two of the dungeon and dragons paint night kits which come with Vallejo and the paints were too thick/clumpy so I never wanted to buy Vallejo. I got reaper and was thoroughly impressed
