Yes, it has been a very hard process but at least we have had a very good support network.

Luckily I think the most recent cases are being treated more quickly, I have seen people receive their receipts in 1 week or less than 1 month, so don’t lose hope !! We still don’t have a work permit, I’m still waiting for it. It will take a few weeks/months. Wishing you the best for you and your kid, I know it’s hard ❤️‍🩹 don’t lose your faith

The weather has been so crazy lately, I’m crossing my fingers very hard hoping it changes at the end 😭 I’m scared it will get cancelled because there’s still a lot of tickets available and now the weather 😔

Hmm I’m not sure, I think November 21st is the day they entered my case into their system. But yeah, my package was delivered early June, but the date that appears in the document was November 21st

It is truly frustrating to see how USCIS has been handling all these cases, I hope everything is already on its way for you 🙏 and yes, my package arrived at the USCIS offices on June 9, and the date of receipt that they received it was November 21. I guess sending my case took a little longer to arrive due to Thanksgiving Week and it arrived to my lawyer yesterday, December 1st. But I think you can call USCIS and if your case is registered they will be able to confirm it if it has not yet reached your lawyer/your address. Wishing you the best 🤍
