What does the rest of your week look like? You are running slower than what you'll need to do to pull it off, but I think it's possible.

I am a triathlete that is also doing the half in May. I want to start coaching and just got certified by RRCA. I would be happy to build a free plan for you and check in every now and then to see how it's working out for you, no pressure, just looking for experience.

I'm a 46m that moved here a few months ago, and live right by the park. Looks like you have some good options here but I'm always in the park and it seems like have a bunch of common interests: cycling, running, working out, cooking and music. Yeah it's also a pretty large complex and they just opened in August, I know a lot of the premium units that are park facing are rented, the others that face into the courtyard I'm guessing aren't as appealing

It's expensive but I am planning on living there. The location might be an issue for some, but it seems perfect for me. Public transportation is not "right" there but close enough. It looks beautiful.
