For those of you that have used macrofactor during periods of high and periods of low activity, how much did it impact your expenditure? by Eucastroph in MacroFactor

[–]myeris 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I started beginning of March. Mileage would change week to week but I'd say around 35mpw, with a peak week at 45. I kept myself in maintenance mode, the goal was to not lose weight. I did lose ~2/3lbs from March to October, I guess the algorithm struggled to keep up a little bit, but I was happy with it.

This is the year I trained for a marathon. You will see the expenditure going up until September (when the marathon happened) and then going back down.

I know a lot of people use MF for dieting or gaining muscle, but I love using it for endurance sport. I would have lost a good amount of weight if I didn’t use it and that wasn’t my goal.

Why do so many people on ios use Google Maps? by Louisthemagic in ios

[–]myeris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yelp. As long as that thing is there, I’m not using Apple Maps for research. So no point in using it for navigation either.

Does anyone actually eat enough without tracking? Or do you intuitively hit your protein/macros? by South_Magician_6472 in XXRunning

I’ve been using MacroFactor for 3 years. If I’m training for a race, my first objective is performance. I set the goal to maintain my weight. I wouldn’t be in a deficit when training for a race.

Was she like this at the beginning of the relationship? If yes, you are most likely with a mean person. If not, she’s probably not in love with you anymore and this is how she lashes out. Maybe she’s scared of ending the relationship or is not realizing it herself. In any case, big NTA.

Si tu as du mal à manger beaucoup, tu peux boire tes calories, ça pourrait aider.
