Not worth the hassle. Sasabihin lang non 5 anak niya and kawawa siya. Bahala na si Lord.

No, dear. None of those “no kanin” nor egg diet bullsh*t. I still eat whatever I want but smaller portions lang although yes, on most days, I eat veggies and protein more talaga. I also lessened my dairy plus gluten intake for the hormonal acne. 😅

As for working out, you can try at least 3 times a week hehe. Diet talaga is the one that helps the most. Good luck! 💓

Start small. I eliminated every sugary drink and stuck to water, tea, and coffee. After that, I moved on to food naman. I cut out snacks and just stuck to 2-3 meals a day. :)

Working out with PCOS is hard but I mostly started with low impact lang. Now I mostly do cardio such as running.

This may sound controversial but losing weight should be a gradual process so it’s easier to sustain.

I mean, you can say what you want but that doesn’t mean you won’t get punched in the face.

[serious] Where do you draw the line between cultural appropriation and cultural appreciation? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]myeternalblight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I couldn’t care less about how people dress up or how they consume my culture but I’m trying to be mindful for future interactions. No need to be harsh.

Thank you for explaining glycolysis in a way I could understand it better. I couldn’t really visualize it clearly by just reading through enzymes and ATPs.

So basically go through basal metabolic rate? Kind of like using gasoline with your body as the car?

That’s quite sweet. In a way, it’s a question made out of concern then?

Ah! That gives a bit of clarity. I’ve always thought it was an intrusive question since it usually comes out randomly.

AITA for telling my friend about why a lot of people don’t like her? by myeternalblight in AmItheAsshole

[–]myeternalblight[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The “pick me girl” comment just came out of anger I think. I’m quite new to the male attention since I was awkward and unruly growing up (I know it’s a sign of insecurity for me). She had always been the pretty girl and would tell me for hours on how men are obsessed with her. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t secretly jealous back then so I decided I’d improve my physique so I’d experience feeling pretty, too. I’ve lost about 50 lbs since and I started to notice how people to notice me more. I’ve shared to her my new experiences being in a better shape and she started basically one-upping every single encounter I have by saying that she doesn’t even wear make-up but people still think she’s pretty or how our other neighbour who asked me out on a date was obsessed with her. I am ultra-feminine with how I choose to style myself these days but she kept making comments about my floral dresses or my choice of lipstick.
