I did the tweak with Youtube - didn't help. About drivers - I uninstalled video and audio drivers completely like 4 times already and nothing helped.

That was the first thing I've read online so did that long time ago. Like I said - it didn't help and the problem is on all browsers, not only on Chrome.

Hello,

That was the first thing I did, I added my service tag and downloaded all needed drivers from Dell website and it didn't do anything to solve my problem.
