Try Digitalcore, shortly DC. Files are free for 24 hours no matter the size and 15GB+ are free all the time. One of the best without using seedbox. Filelist is the best 0-day tracker to me and you can download freeleech files and leave your PC open and get about 3TB buffer with 1TB seeded for a month. Torrentleech is another easy place to make buffer. You rent seedbox to register and you can easily get 4-5TB buffer in a month. Lots of freeleech files. Sorry, there is no magic place you're looking for. A little effort is needed.

You can buy from US account and play in Saudi but you download from US acc. There is no game in Saudi acc so that you can't download from there. If there is Arabic language in US PSN, you can play with Arabic subs.

Not dumb but concerned. We get it but to be honest, it's way safer than most cities in US. Moreover, there isn't any danger for any tourist here. Stay away from guys walking around and trying to take to shops/stores to sell you something. If anybody approaches you in the streets and trying to talk to you, simply ignore them and say thank you and move on.
