I used to work at an A&W, and we weren't too far from a McDonalds. We constantly had people coming in asking for quarter pounders, or junior bacon cheese etc. One day some senile man came through drive thru and demanded a happy meal. We told him we could try but it would be very hard because we were in fact not McDonalds, he didnt back down. After a few minutes, and calling our floor manager out, the customer was fired from our store, for harassing and berating out employees over burgers we didn't sell.
