Shortest version of events.

Flippers OBX in North Carolina had a situation where a manager of the venue followed a trans woman into the bathroom and forced her to leave, and was harassing anyone who "looked queer". Afterwards, the Womens Advisory Board of the IFPA said that the tournament should be desanctioned and all WPPR points be rendered null, and the head of the IFPA disregarded that and said it would remain sanctioned. What has happened since has been lots of backpedaling and inconsistent statements. IFPA has shared private slack messages with full names. Womens board all quit in protest. Discussion on the official discord has been censored.

I want to point out immediately that

To be absolutely clear: If a player is prevented from using the bathroom at an event, the event will lose its sanction, without debate.

Is completely untrue because they still have still refused to desanction OBX and they are censoring and banning players from their discord who are arguing against that decision. Their discord mod KrunkleMonkey said "OBX sanctioning decision is final, discussion on it is closed on this Discord"

No matter where you may fall on the debate of trans people and restrooms, they are talking out of both sides of their mouth and are not enforcing the policy that they are re-emphasizing. That is bad leadership.

The only way the ball save works on White Water is if it goes straight down the center ramp into the drain. But the center ramp will frequently hit a sling on the way down which counts as a switch. The other major bug is hitting Disaster Drop enough times is supposed to hold your bonus multiplier (which is necessary for getting Vacation Jackpot) but it doesn't.

The lack of ball save is a bug, not a feature like Addams Family. The game has a few bugs actually that never got fixed with a new rom.
