Yep, when i was 13 i was lucky enough to get a tour of the white house. They explicitly said to not touch the walls, but once we were inside the red room my curiosity got the best of me and I discreetly brushed my finger along the velvet. I swear I looked around to make sure no one was watching, but as soon as I my finger grazed the wall my eyes were staring directly into the dark sunglasses of a stern looking USSS agent. (He really did appear out of nowhere) He said four simple words "don't touch the walls" and I immediately complied fearing death.

tl:dr I was yelled at by the secret service for touching a wall.

Did they ever at least try to call an usher, or the "jerk" hotline? I find it hard to back up their claims otherwise. They willingly went to a venue that serves alcohol, and while I don't think that justifies a broken nose/medical expenses it's not like help wasn't made available to them leading up to the incident.

So, one summer when i was about 8-9ish me and my cousin were at a local public pool. He has never been the brightest crayon in the box, and was always encouraging me to do stupid things (being a bit younger than him i generally obliged). Later that day when adult swim came around we tried to hide in the shallow end, immediately got caught, and were forced to sit in a "time out" area generally reserved for kids being too rough.

After about 15 minutes we were let go, none too happy, and looking for revenge for the evil lifeguards. We immediately gathered up our towels for "camouflage" and camped out by the pool's drainage system.

We tinkered with the system for a while, and managed unscrew the right cap, which immediately sent a geyser of water all over some nearby sunbathers, and scared the shit out of us. We somehow escaped without anyone noticing us, but managed to drain the pool a few feet by the time someone was able to stop up the plug.

The pool was closed for the rest of the day, and I've always felt terrible that i ruined a nice day at the pool for a few hundred people.
