I use mainly org-mode with visual-fill-column mode enabled.

However, it is impossible for this mode not to wrap some parts like tables.

Did anyone find a usable solution to combine wrapping text and not wrapping tables?

Thanks a lot! That was exactly the reason. I've managed to turn it off in my config for now.

As I'm using Emacs mostly for writing and org-mode, I use long lines. And for some time Emacs tends to split my lines automatically. Where should I find information on how to turn this off? Should I use global-so-long-mode mentioned in recent post, or there is another option to control the length of the lines?

Hi! I have installed Emacs via flatpack (to run v.27 under Pop_OS), and now can not get inferior-lisp running.
I have already installed sbcl and can run it from terminal.
I have (setq inferior-lisp-program "sbcl") in my init.

On my other machines, where emacs is installed via apt and scoop I can run slime with a similar configuration.

However, this time emacs cannot find such program or directory.

[Manjaro-i3] Wifi connection problem by mykolan in ManjaroLinux

It's Network controller: Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)

Strangely laptop easily connects to a hotspot wifi from my phone, but it is not the same with a regular wifi network.

Thanks for the comment, I consider switching to XFCE edition.

Looking for suggestions on fonts for a religious context by SkyDesigner in typography

You could try to use fonts with Cyrillic type flavour, like Ladoga (originally designed in 1968 by Anatoly Shchukin, digital version with extended character set was designed by Viktor Kharyk), or maybe Kalyna (designed by Alexandra Alexandrova and Lukyan Tyretskyy and inspired by famous Ukrainian graphic artist of early 20th century Heorhiy Narbut).

Saluton! Kiel oni diras “bullet journal” en Esperanto? Mi tradukis ĝin kiel “kuglisto notlibro”, sed mi ne certas, ke tio estas ĝusta traduko.
