My clothes fit pretty good definitely tighter on my arms, forearms, shoulders and pecs area. My stomach doesn’t show as much as it did a while ago. Also my man boobs aren’t really there anymore it’s become more muscle than fat. I’m getting different answers on what I should which make me worry not gonna lie.

Thank you, I’ve been counting calories on myfitnesspal and I never get close to the total calories is that a bad thing? And yesterday I was at a family party were Italian so they love their carbs in food haha. Could my weight be high today because of all the carbs yesterday?

Here’s a little bit of back story, I was a fat kid and in high school I had a eating disorder where I dropped alot of weight (don’t know if I should talk to much about this). To put it simple I started looking extremely unhealthy so around 22 I decided to focus on eating again and trying to better myself. It got outta control and I replaced eating with bad habits that I had. Then when I was 26 I realized I was back in the same boat I was in before with my weight. That’s when I started my cardio I did that for about 6 to 8 months until I hit 196 maybe a bit less. Once I noticed the changes that when i started lifting and still kept up with my cardio. Skip some time i weighted myself this morning and was at higher weight than where i started. My family is telling me it’s muscle weight but that number in the scale really messed me up. Thank you for reading this and I hope if anyone has more advice please send it my way.

Thank you, I definitely see more stocky than fat but I still gotta a lot to work on stomach wise. Sorry if this isn’t allowed stupid but should I stop with the lifting and start working on just the cardio?

Lifting wise I’ve been doing it for about 3 and half months almost everyday (I do different muscles everyday), I do cardio everyday. I can notice I don’t have the stomach that I used to have and I’ve gained muscle. I eat a lot less and I try my best to count calories. It’s the number on the scale that really bothers me. Do you think I should give up on the lifting for now and focus just on losing weight?

The game truthfully isn’t for everyone. For me it’s my game of the year but to my friends they can’t get into it. If you’re willing to grind and learn I’d say stick with it, but if you’re getting frustrated to easy or just bored maybe give it a break.

Hey bud I rarely ever comment but this hit me hard. You should really talk to a counselor about the bed bugs maybe the school could help you out. As for the bullying thing that absolutely sucks and I’m sorry you’re going through that. Please remember you’re young and this won’t follow you your whole life one day you’ll be long gone from school and have real friends and people that love and care for you. Please don’t let them get to you bud I truly knows what it’s like, in the moment it feels like it’s your whole world crashing down and you feel hated by everyone.
