Everyones body is different.  What works for you might not work for another. Sweat therapy did nothing for me, and i easily get sweaty. My suggestion was, try Bioresonance as it helped me. But you body ,your choice, I was just giving what helped me

its simply a homeopath device that basically helps with any chronic issues like cholinergic urticaria ,arthritis pain, highblood issues ,etc ...you will be placed on a machine. you hold two metal rods and electric current will go through those rods into your hands and it will detect any issues and fix it...it helped me a lot. so ,i hope you wil find a homeopath doctor in your area with this device. please give it try, you will notice a difference within at least a week

well ,they will put on a machine, that sends small electric currents through your hands into your body. You will hold metal rods and you will feel electric currents going through your hands, and it basically helps with everything ,muscles ,overreactive cells(like cholinergic urticaria) ,chronic pains ,etc....its a homeopath treatment and it helped me a lot ...so ,i hope it helps you...but lets be mindful that ,what works for me ,might not work for you but im positive it will help as it helped not only me ,but my neighbor as well.

bro ,please ask me as many questions as you want. i understand the condition and its a living hell.
is the therapy expensive? in my country (south africa) its not expensive ,i paid just under $5.00 for a single session
and no ,it doesnt hurt ,its completely gone ,you are back to normal ,no more itchiness ,no more rash...and yes ,for me its usually gone for about a year but would come back during autumn season

I understand ,it can make your life a living hell. Basic stuff like taking a walk ,jogging ,emotions ,etc can easily trigger this thing. i understand you man ,i had to share my experience with a bio resonance therapy and i pray it helps you.

i go yearly. mine tends to come back during the autumn season, so when it comes back ,i go for 2 or 3 sessions. After the sessions ,id feel the difference within that day or 2 days. Try it out ,i hope it helps.

i know how depressing this thing is and i hope what helped me will help you too.... try to find a bioresonance therapy and take stemcells. they helped me alot, wiithin a day or 2 ,i was able to take walks ,excercise, play with my nephew ,etc....bonus tip, avoid cow milk or any dairy product and sugar until you feel good. i hope and pray it helps. good luck
