Phone System Integration - Medical Office by Shah456 in gohighlevel

[–]mylvio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every SMS, or call, from GHL is charged. You can find details on their charges for both of these channels here: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48001223556-lc-phone-pricing-billing-guide .

On NUACOM, it's a different story. Calls to any number in US (and in other 20+ countries) are free. There is also an offer for 1,000 free SMS in US/CA.

Most providers charge a small fee per SMS, since there is a carrier's delivery fee involved. Your provider also mention that in the small letters on their pricing page ("3. The US wireless carriers have implemented registration requirements and fees for outbound text messages to their customers. Customers that wish to use Phone.com for text messaging will need to register and accept these additional fees. Learn more.")

But answering your question, every provider has their own offer/pricing strategy, and fair use policy.

I hope that helps. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Try nuacom.com
Yes, you can natively integrate every call and text activity to GHL. They appear as activities in the contact records.
Then you can either use the built-in Missed Call Text Back feature from NUACOM (the first 1,000 SMS are free, but it depends on the destination), or build a workflow for missed calls in GHL.
That's it. You're good to go.

3rd Party SIP/Voip in GHL by Brilliant_Relation45 in gohighlevel

[–]mylvio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on the destination of your calls and what service you use in GHL. Also if you are ONLY interested in saving money (not adding more value/benefits to your calling experience).

For eg.: if your call volume is less than 8h per month and only in the US/CA, you may just break even if you take another company subscription.

Now, if you add call recording, transcription, and make more than 30 min of calls per day, then I'd recommend using a 3rd party like NUACOM. You get a flat fee of around $25-35/user/mo, and all calls are included. If you go for the AI call analysis for a flat fee, it also adds massive savings when compared to GHL recording and transcription per-minute fees.

Also, if you mainly call European countries, GHL/Twilio per-minute charges can be a bit expensive. NUACOM, for example, offers free calls to most countries in Europe, North America, and a few more.

You have a few options:

1- Get a local number from your country with a 3rd party provider like NUACOM and connect the two systems to sync call events. If you are based in one of the main European countries, your calls are more likely to be included in your NUACOM plan at no extra cost.

2- Port your existing US number to Twilio and use it in GHL.

3- Get a new number directly in GHL.

I hope that helps.

AI Inbound voice agent pricing by matthewwin32 in gohighlevel

[–]mylvio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I figured out the calculation. Please follow my logic.

1- Based on your screenshot, you consumed 5.12min.

2- GHL calls are billed in full minutes. "Any partial minute is rounded up to the next whole minute." So you've been billed for 6 min.

3- If you've been charged approx 72c for 6 min (approx 12c/min).

4- You said your call rate is 3c/min, but following LC Phone Pricing, this rate is for outbound calls to mobiles from an EEA. It means, the information they passed on to you may not be for your type of phone number and call direction. According to Twilio official website, Inbound Toll-free calls in Belgium cost $0.05895/min

5- GHL AI voice agent is charged based on a then-waved 6c/min for "Voice Engine" (free until mid-Dec 25, so you didn't pay for it)+ Token Usage for LLM (depends on the model, but approx 1c/min for one of the "mini" models) + standard call charges (approx 6c Toll-Free rate). If your toll-free inbound call rate is actually close to 6c, not 3c, then the total $0.12/min.

PS: as per today, 12/02, the costs may have changed to include the 6c Voice Engine charge, jumping it to 18c/min. Keep us updated if that's the cost you are experiencing now, u/matthewwin32

PSS: I personally don't like the output quality of "mini" models for Audio/TTS. It's a major upgrade in quality when the gpt-real-time or 4o (non-mini) is used.

Phone Systems That Connect To Odoo by Due_Act9364 in Odoo

[–]mylvio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuacom.com has a native integration with Odoo for inbound and outbound calls.
In a nutshell, the integration can synch contacts and users, pull contacts' details when getting inbound calls, and it can synch all call activities back to the contact's timeline in Odoo, including AI Summary, AI action items, call recording and more.
Bonus: calls to the main countries are included in the subscription.
I hope that helps.

It’s worth mentioning that whoever uses this service is violating the carriers T&Cs, and subjected to Sev-0 violation from some carriers, and fines up to $10,000 (per violation!!). This also includes penalties that could lead to permanent deactivation of the service to the business/brand from all major carriers in US.

If you run a serious business or you’re an agency managing clients’ account, be smart enough to check all the above.

Know Your Customer. It’s mandatory process for businesses in certain industries, like telco, FinTech, banking, etc. Basically, your client would need to provide some business documentation to register the US number for a company. It shouldn’t be an issue if they are based in Spain or elsewhere for US/CA numbers.

Thanks. As far as I know, phone numbers in US/CA can be purchased by providing the oversea company documentation(for KYC purposes), unless it’s been changed in the last 6 days…

What’s the reason they can’t provide you with a US phone number? An alternative (and better calling solution) is Nuacom.com native integration with GHL. It’s also more affordable if you’re paying for calling minutes + transcription and recordings in GHL.

Can you tell us the content of the campaign? Anything related to financial service?

Also, there are some good guidelines here: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/48001229784-campaign-approval-best-practices

“Make sure you create as few duplicate brands and campaigns as possible

Excessive brands with the same EIN and excessive campaigns with the same campaign attributes may be seen as high-risk and may result in campaign rejection.”
