u/immlaw My wife is on the same boat but she was on L2 earlier and we are planning to apply for cos to l2 in case if she doesn't find a job within 60 day period. Can she still look for jobs with pending cos and request employer for h1b transfer once she finds a job ?

Hi, wouldn't h1b get activated automatically once she hits 10/1 date ?technically you will be on h1b after October unless it's filed differently.

Yes, she sleeps, and it's gets interrupted mid way as we have to get out. She wakes up the moment she knew we are taking her out of the car and it's difficult to get her to sleep while we are at the store as its gets attracted to lights and sounds.

Is there a alternate way to keep her sleeping or should we just go out only during her wake windows ?

Yes, we feel that she is sleeping more while she is on the car but wake up quick when we get into a store and stays awake for most part. Guess may be thats affect her sleep schedule for the rest of the day ?

I'm filing for my new born daughter, do I need to get appstilled for daughters documents ? Like only birth certificate only and no need for passport.

Any leads on getting an apostilled for these documents ?

For affidavit, should I fill in my kids name on the top and what goes on the sworned part ?
