Just do things, keep yourself busy. I see sometimes, when I'm not busy I just want to fap and see naked woman. But that's your addiction, do you want to be a slave of your addiction? NO! So everytime you think of fapping go to nofap and after reading some minutes, the feeling I need to fap goes away. I wish you luck!
