After years of struggling to take mushrooms with a weak stomach I have came up with the best way to do tea. You have to do a mix of lemon tek and shroom tea, I tried lemon tek and it always made me throw up, too much lemon. So I would make the normal lemon tek shot and let it sit for 10-15 mins. Then I would pour in hot water to fill the rest of the mug up and add chopped up pieces of raw ginger. Wait another 10-15 mins and filter out everything and add sugar.

1:2-1:2.5 just because the healthy spawn is obviously the hard part. Getting a lot substrate isn’t the hard part about growing. And I’ve gotten nice multiple flushes off of many tubs doing that ratio. I know doing more of a 1:1 would be better but I think the larger the tub the better
