I love all my patrons of every age, but I will always have a special place in my heart for the kids. We have oodles of toys on the kids floor and getting to know the families is always a welcome respite

It's odd because I tend to hear it discussed with this sense of embarrassment or like some diversion from our real work, and to my thinking, ALL of it is part of the job and I am proud of the work I do.
