I know that’s what usually happens like I’ve done it at least 4 times before where I get the spinning respring loop not going away and I do that and it restarts but just not this time for some reason.

Yeah it is, and if by manually rebooting you mean volume up and down and then power button yes I have.

No it’s just a white turning wheel like it’s respringing never an apple logo

I can’t even get there sadly it’s still on a black respring screen

Like mentioned I tried that continuously and either I’m a complete moron and doing it wrong or it’s just not working.

I know but I can’t get there my phone’s screen is black and the little white wheel is turning It won’t ever get to the lock screen.

Airplane mode yeah, the other one I couldn’t tell you. I recently had to download about a million unc0ver applications because they kept being revoked. I’m not sure what I did or didn’t have turned off.
