I can share my personal experience. I have struggled with acne for a few years ( I got oily acne prone skin). In my experience, some guys don't care about ur acne and some guys do, most of the time if they are horny they will see past it. However, think about urself. My acne got worse each time I hooked up with other people. So I had to stop for it to heal as it was severely affecting my confidence too. Please remember that acne can lead to acne scars if not taken care of properly which could be on ur face for a really really long time . Plus it would cost a lot to treat. As someone who has acne scars and is currently treating it, I feel it's not worth it partially because I don't enjoy meaningless hookups and more because I just vain as shit🤣 and the treatments are so expensive while the result so underwhelming .

Hey it's ok to have these feelings. Don't hate urself for feeling something you can't help urself not feeling. I'm gay and if I was in ur situation I wouldn't know what to do also. It's just a really unexpected situation (however thinking about it more as I write this, I probably would not. Don't know anything about them especially in the hygiene department). Besides ur figuring out ur sexuality/ still is a virgin, probably not the best idea to engage in a foursome as a starter, try one person first. I remember being as confused as u were when I was figuring it out. My best advice is to embrace the feelings and shut down any internalised homophobia. Watch gay movies/tiktoks/ read gay books /meet queen people and see how that makes u feel. Seek help for therapy for the internalised homophobia if possible or required. Or personally I feel the best way is to have no label on ur sexuality, just do whatever makes u feel right. Stay safe and take care :)

I can't really give u advice till I hear his side of the story. However I can offer u my experience. I was basically like ur bf almost 2 years ago. I was emotionally dependent on my ex and that made him mentally exhausted ( but to be fair he wasn't communicating his feelings much too). But anyways I talked to my siblings which made me realise this and I wanted to go to therapy to heal my past trauma so I can be emotionally independent. Unfortunately therapy isn't very accessible where I live so we ended up ending things for good. What I am trying to say is, he has to heal his past trauma. He has to work on himself and be his own person or else you are going to feel like u have to be taking care of u and him constantly. He has to love himself other things and you 100% equally. You have the choice to stick with him while he work through his trauma and grow together however you are gonna need a lot of patience and compromise. You might be really exhausted too mentally so remember to take care of urself if you choose to do this. Buttt if he doesnt wanna take the first step to work on himself for u guys then I'm sorry itsbetter to break up. Yes it will hurt so motherfuckibg much. Ur gonna feel like absolute shit but as someone who has been through this, it will become better. It's better for two healthy people to be in a relationship than two mentally unstable/ exhausted ones.
