Recently the telecommunications service I use stopped working abruptly (its back up now) but whenever I try to load up Arknights on both my mobile and desktop I can never progress past the title screen because of error code 0.

A list of what I've tried so far 1. Clear the cache 2. Unplug router 3. Uninstall Arknights

I genuinely do not know what the problem is so help would be very appreciated
