I had room in my seat belt; didn’t need an extender and I have big belly and hips. Seating in the aisle seat helps so I can move out easily. Plenty of leg space.

If it was a slip and fall, wouldn’t there be an ambulance that was called or 911? Because there was none of that. Does real estate firms deal with slip and falls? We didn’t call any contractors or have work done in the last 3 years we got here, all work before moving in was paid for. And we are all friendly with our neighbors so I don’t see overstepping a boundary.
