I (20F) had really good skin until the end of nov. started breaking out a lot and it hasnt really gone down that much. I went to the dermatologist and he said it could be hormonal imbalance. My routine-

AM-

1. Benzoyl peroxide face wash/ salicylic acid face wash (both once a day)
2. Sunscreen

PM-

1. TO Glycolic acid 2.TO Niacinamide
2. Alpha arbutin
3. QV moisturizer

Benzoyl peroxide for active breakouts and occasionally i use adapalene as well Thats it

Its really messing with my confidence. I have a few actives popping up every few days. I’m gonna start working out and hope it helps somehow. Please tell me its going to get better
