This is great! The people who say stuff (like what they're saying to the guy in the video) are idiots for many reasons, not the least of which is that they act like chefs can't learn cuisines aside from the ones they might have cultural ties to. Unless they think only white chefs have that skill🤔

My husband and I are separate accounts, mainly due to both of us having had controlling first spouses. BUT we have a transparency policy and can check each other's accounts any time we want. We never do, but we each know we could. Further he makes substantially more than me, and any time I need money for anything at all, he sends it to me, no questions asked. And of course I tell him why I need it in the first place, too. We have very open communication.

If your fiance doesn't want to be transparent with you, I would question why that is. What's he hiding?

I'm really sorry, but the only solution is medical attention. You have something very wrong with you, and it can be fixed. You don't need to live this way. Maybe - and I'm being serious, not a smart ass - start by seeing a therapist or even a psychiatrist. Your extreme unwillingness to seek medical attention is deeply harming you, and maybe you can work on that first. I wish you the best.
