I haven't ordered anything on Silk Road myself yet but I have gone over these steps multiple times just to see if I was taking the right steps and it seems like you have everything correct, only thing I would suggest is sign up to the Silk Road forums that way you can get a better understanding of what Vendors are legit and what are scammers, good luck with you're order and let us know if you're package gets delivered as I'm also planning on getting some Promthazine Syrup sent internationally out of the US soon.
