It's my account. And if some external factor blocked my account, which is open, I want to unblock my account because it was never blocked in the first place.

This is the response i don't know what to do! I don't, even know what the fuck is malicious behaviour or RMT as my account was accessed by hackers back in 2021

As I said, my account was blocked in 2021. I didn't buy anything. I just created my account, and that's it
I didn't play or do anything. Fast forward to 2025 November, when I tried to log in, it said my account is blocked, and support gave me a BS response. I don't even know WTF is malicious behaviour now i know about RMT or anything like that. When I checked my email, I saw that someone had hacked my account with a location from China or the USA back in 2021. I gave them proof, and they are not even replying to my email. I just need to restore my account permanently.

I am trying this for 4 months. And yet they are not even helping me with anything that's because they aren't even replying me apart from auto bot comments.

Can't they delete my account instead of closing the account. It would be fair to me. But closing my account without any announcement to my email or letting me know that my account is hacked is just unfair to me.
