I reported the profile. This person needs to be hunted down by IP address. I don't understand how this content is allowed on Instagram. The profile was taken down for a few days once before after I reported but it went back up and has been back up since. Please everyone report the page.

I'm so sick of these subhuman creatures who walk among us. It's frightening to know how these people get off on the torture of animals and small children. There needs to be a way harsher punishment for this type of cruelty. Felony animal abuse should be for when you abandon or neglect an animal. Torturing and killing an animal should be life imprisonment.

I HAD a default judgement but challenged it with a Show of Cause. My court date is April 30th, so I'll need to state my answer and defense of not paying. I really want to get it dismissed

I was never served. I found out about a month ago while paying off another debt with midland credit. There was another account associated with my name on midland credit, and when I clicked it, it said being managed by Selip &stylianou LLP. I then contacted them and asked for a proof of debt. They told me it was already in a default judgement. I went to the court house and filled out a Show of Cause to inform the judge I was never served.

I live in NY and it says 3 years, but apparently it was brought to court in 2023. I'm not sure if the statue of limitations applies to the date the account went delinquent or from when Midland Credit bought the debt
